Moving between plans

  • Upgrading takes effect at once: paused competitors resume on their own and the month's report allowance grows.
  • Downgrading keeps the current plan until the period you paid for ends. Then only as many competitors as the smaller plan allows stay watched; the rest are paused, never deleted.
  • You choose which ones stay. Mark them under Billing, "What to keep on a smaller plan"; unmarked ones are kept oldest first.
  • Cancelling works the same way: the plan runs to the end of the period, then the account moves to Idea and your history stays read-only.
